General Terms and Conditions

– The reservation is final upon receipt of the deposit.

– In case of cancellation:
– If cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.
– If cancelled within 29 days before the date of arrival, the entire stay will be charged.
– Cancellation insurance is recommended.

– Damage: the renter (principal guest) is legally liable for the damage caused by him/her or
his/her fellow guests as well as visitors to the garden at the Erve Odinc or the things contained therein
inflicted damage.

– Liability: the owners of Erve Odinc cannot be held liable
held for by the lodge tenant (principal guest) or his/her fellow guests or visitors to the garden at
damage suffered as a result of the stay at Erve Odinc. The tenant (principal guest) and his/her fellow guests as well as visitors to the garden indemnify the owners of the Erve Odinc against claims in this regard.

– Smoking indoors and in the thatched barns is not allowed. Smoking outside is
allowed, but vigilance should be observed in the vicinity of
the thatched roofs.
